(Petra) – The Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Amman hosted a reception on Thursday evening to mark the Kingdom of Bahrain’s National Days and the 26th Accession Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, along with the accompanying national celebrations. The event was attended by Her Excellency Dr. Nancy Namrouqa, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
In his address during the reception, His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Jordan, extended his highest congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom, and to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on this occasion. He praised the depth of Bahraini–Jordanian relations and the advanced and steadily growing levels they have reached across all fields, and reviewed the distinguished achievements achieved by the Kingdom of Bahrain in various sectors.
The reception was attended by a number of current and former ministers, members of parliament, members of the Senate, senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs, Arab and foreign ambassadors, and members of the diplomatic corps accredited to the Kingdom, in addition to a large number of political, cultural, and media figures, who extended their congratulations to the leadership, government, and people of the Kingdom of Bahrain on this occasion.
